In the final chapter of a Batman Trilogy, Gotham has been evacuated and abandoned. The only remaining humans in the city are cops, murderers and The Batman himself. A "vigilante" calling himself The Red Hood has taken over the city of Gotham, planning to murder all those who have done wrong in the city. The dirty cops, drug dealers, murderers and law-breakers are trapped inside the walls of this barren place. Batman and Nightwing must fight against The Red Hood and his army, trying to release the police prisoners and take out the criminals who want anarchy. In the shadows, The Court of the Owls watches every move Batman and Nightwing take. Although The Red Hood has taken over the city, there are darker forces looming over the residents. Jason and Jacey earned the Robin mantle a short while later by helping Batman apprehend the gang of thieves. However, they did not wear the Robin costume until they underwent six months of intense training. From there Jason and Jacey took turns being Robin each night for four years.
