From the deepest pits of Hell The Man schemes a terror story to tell With mere innocent lives A cold tale He strives And on those poor men Black will rain upon them The Man sees no light nor dark Only what'll make his victim fall apart And it's with His blackened pen Where he might just write a soul's final breath Or a test of will, or a test of strength To make His victim lose Hope's faith And when that victim lives or falls The Man cackles as He stands tall With his work of agony He'll force pain upon those who see And if a reader dares to sleep Only nightmares will their dreams reap

A man with a seriously messed up life and a load of mental problems made a lot of mistakes in his life but one stands above the rest. The story is about one man with a broken mind doing everything he can to try and make up for the wrong he did and find the woman he loves. This story is very intense and isn't for light reading. I think of the story like this: This isn't the story of a hero slaying a dragon and rescuing the princess. Nor is this a story about a hero who triumphs over evil and rescues the maiden in peril. This is the story of a man, who fights as much with himself, as he does the world around him. He is no hero, he is simply a man, trying to make the best he can of himself, and fix what he broke. He is both the protagonist, and antagonist of this story, because he does as much harm to himself as he does good.
