The world is filled with superhero's. Superhero's are no longer pretend or movie magic. Up until a couple years ago I didn't have a problem with them. My brother Nate was fifteen when he ran fast enough he just became a blur for the first time. 
It was the day after his birthday party when the pains started. Forty eight hours later he gained some muscle an could bring Gelato from Italy in a couple minutes.
I was only a year younger.

Yet I didn't get powers. Thought I did find skills of my own. From carpentry (Given Nate's many accidents) to fighting. 

When Nate became a hero I knew normal life was over. He got a mask and suit, started fighting, getting stronger. He became Swifty. (I got a laugh out of that). Only one night he wasn't swift enough to save me but I meet a new masked wonder who popped out of no where. Still deciding if he's a hero or villain I can't ignore the pull I have to him.  How am I, powerless, supposed to help save the city?

I know what you must be thinking. Why not name this title ' the adventures of Sharkboy, lavagirl and whatever my name is'? Well because that would of ruin the whole story. For this is not really my story, i was not created as a dream. I'm an actual human and I did not come from max, nor planet drool. I was born on earth like every other normal child there is. The only thing different about me is that I have a special power. Although I don't seem to know about this power, nor understand how to use it I'm a main target for everyone. I can rather save everybody from a terrible event or destroy everyone within seconds. Because of this I am very weary around people and shy too. As I try my best to blend in it becomes harder and harder each day to keep my self from exposing this energy. The worse part is I don't even know I have it! Well not until later on. Until that time comes I have a lot more to fix to be prepared for it. Highest Rank: #16 in lavagirl

I should be dead. At least, that's what the government officials told me in the super-secret lab where I woke up strapped to a mattress in a windowless room...Sound problematic to anyone else? Like I told the psychos experimenting on me, I've got zero clue how I got my new powers, but I'm sure-as-shit not going to let them turn me into a deadly weapon (or squeeze me into a spangly jumpsuit). Problem is, I'm not so great at controlling whatever the hell it is I've become...Not to mention I'm on the run from my country for a teensy-weensy act of treason while being chased by a shadowy masked mute who may or may not have superhuman abilities too (but is definitely stupid hot under his off-putting disguise). At fifteen, he's got more important things to do than fight the infamous Vinicus Cauldwell. With his single mother having recently lost her job, Max is determined to help his family get back up on its feet. The publicity and pressure that comes with being a superhero would be too much to handle right now. But it's hard to fly under the radar, when you can literally fly. Meanwhile, Vinicus Cauldwell enjoys the power he has as Murkbourne's most feared super-villain. For once, he can sit back and relax without being pestered by the police. That is, until Max arrives. Vinicus isn't happy about having to fight a child, but he can't let Max find out. After all, super-villains can't be "good people"... Can they? We can't all be born heroes. At least that was what I used to say until I somehow ended up dating an actress. Though that sounds like a dream come true I'm afraid she'll dump me soon since.... her Ex is a superhero and well... we all know what happens with guys like me...
