Lingid sa kaalaman ni Sophia ang nagawa ng kanyang inang si Seraphin noong nabubuhay pa ito. Kungdi sana naglihim ang kanyang ama at ang buong palasyo tungkol sa sumpa ay di sana'y nananatili pa rin sa hukay ang kalaban. Ngunit nangyari na ang nangyari; at ngayong hawak na siya ng mga Bampira ay mas determinado na siyang malaman ang lihim ng kanilang angkan.
