When her human father shows up for the first time in her life and takes her away from the life she'd ever known, she finds herself back in a family with her twin sister Karlie, and a few new half-siblings. Enrolled in her new school and finally living a mundane life, she is suddenly contacted by the hunters she had left days ago, and is activated on a mission to find The Huntress - the only hunter who could unite the supernaturals with the humans, bringing forth Four Descendants of each supernatural race. Faced with the normal daily problems of a teenager, Kallie struggles to keep her twin and half-siblings out of her hunter life while she searches for The Huntress.
