Roxie Ocean Hubbard Downey is the daughter of Robert Downey Jr. And half add sister to Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line. Roxie was born and raised in south Georgia with her mother and brother, she's a homegrown country girl and wouldn't have it any oother way. To you it may just be another small town in Georgia, but to her it's home. She knows who her father is and they see each other every now and then but they aren't close at all.
