Roxanne Otis was just a normal girl. A normal girl who was bullied a lot at school, that is until some new neighbors moved next door. Soon Roxie became friends with the neighbors sons Liu and Jeffrey. When three bullies approach Liu and Jeffrey stand up for Roxie and her brother Helen.
Soon Roxie starts to grow feelings for Jeffrey. She feels like he is the only person who really understands her.
Put things change when a neighborhood boy's birthday party goes terribly wrong. Both Roxie and Jeff go to the hospital. But neither know each other is alive. Both go on a killing spree to get revenge on each others death, not knowing they already met. As Jeff the killer and Night Watcher.
When faced with life and death Roxie has to decide whether to let her one true love go to jail for her actions, or die knowing her love will live and he will always love her.
