If you're wondering about the title:

The saying goes, pen is mightier than sword. In this day and age we don't use swords but we do use guns. To use those we need gun licenses. To use pens what license do we use and who gives it to us?
I have my license and it was derived from the pure desire to express myself fully through this form of poetry.
I'm not Shakespeare so I won't write in Old English. I write from experiences and through my identity. It's me.
