Have you ever wondered what Zoe Nightshade's life was like before we met her in Titan's Curse? What happened to cause her exile from the Garden of Hesperides? What was Orion like before he became corrupted and evil? How did Zoe become lieutenant of the Hunters of Artemis? How did she even become a Hunter in the first place?
Well you've come to the right place! Find out all of this and more as Zoe's life before the Titan's Curse is unveiled. Follow her story as she finds her place in the world of Greek Gods while trying to overcome the struggles of a past that seems to follow her wherever she may turn.
(I intend to finish this story but I am unsure how long the hiatus will continue before I regain inspiration)

She had pushed herself past her breaking point, and still continued on as if nothing was wrong. The demigod knew if she allowed herself time to take even a moment, her soul would physically crack in two. Now was not the time for weakness, if anything, she had to be stronger. She knew the other girls would mumble about her, but Icaria wouldn't listen to them. She refused to watch someone she loved fall at the hands of Thanatos again. If need be, she would offer herself to him in place. Yet, there was someone who noticed the young girl breaking apart. She could see the bags grow darker, and watched as Icaria began to eat less and less. It was the same someone who had saved Icaria all those years ago. And the goddess refused to watch that someone suffer any longer. The goddess, Artemis, stepped out of her tent in the early morning light. All of her girls were getting rest, taking the opportunity to relax with the very few days of peace they had left. All except one. In the distance, the goddess could hear the distinct sound of metal striking against wood. She took quiet steps, and watched Icaria Kane from a distance. The girl breathed heavily, her body slumped from exhaustion. "Icaria?" Artemis asked, stepping through the early morning fog. "Why do you cry?" The demigods body tightened, urging the tears to stop falling. She turned her body away from her goddess, clutching Hearth in her hands.

The Adventures of Thalia and Reyna: A Hunters of Artemis Tale

20 parts Complete

When Reyna makes the decision to retire from her praetor position at Camp Jupiter and join the Hunters of Artemis, she has no idea the adventures she is in for. This will be a continuation story about what happened to Reyna and Thalia once they left Camp Jupiter in Trials of Apollo: The Tyrants Tomb, so whatever happened in Tyrant's Tomb and any Trials of Apollo books before it, are part of the story line. There aren't too many Hunters of Artemis fanfictions out there! This is my take on the hunt, and what they do. My story about the hunters is my own, but I tried to stick with a lot of Rick Riordan's cannon!
