It Happens
*Background Information* Jayde and Ryan have had chemistry since 6th grade, you know the kind. They had 5 classes together, and serious feelings for each other the whole way through. It was a roller coaster ride like anything else. They flirted, played sports together, the whole bit. In seventh grade they weren't as close. Some say they didn't like each other that year, Ryan was actually pretty mean to Jayde that year. Then 8th grade brought them around full circle when Ryan started having feelings for Jayde again. They had gym together, and in December Jayde started liking Ryan too. In January they started "talking" and just before Valentine's Day came up, Ryan asked Jayde out. That week they became the next IT couple of their school, both being the most popular amung their peers. That summer things took a turn for the worst and the two broke up for an unknown reason. Jayde had ended it and no one knew why. Nobody talked about it, but everyone wondered.Complete
Cuts and Bruises
Brooklyn goes to middle school. She thinks having a crush on some guy seems easy but stupid. She has had a crush on Jack Palmer for a few years now. Though, she doesn't really know love. Each day seems to be it's usual, until he offers to take her to a party. The classic mean girls still exist. At Brooklyn's school that title belongs to Sasha Evans. She has been the girl that shows up followed by trouble at it's least expected. After awhile they don't know what else to expect. Trying to live the most of your middle school year is a pain when you are someone else's piece in their fun. Brooklyn meets old friends and new people which can bring struggles. She would have never thought being a middle scholar could be so hard. She now knows she has thought wrong. Update: I write this a while ago and I wish I would've put more thought into it. *sigh*Complete
In Another Life
Amlyne had been fighting the feelings she felt for Jeffrey Alan or Jeff for 10 years. They met when she was 11 and he was 14. He had moved from Vermont to South Carolina. He was a chubby boy who wanted nothing more than to race cars. She was a be-speckled, mousy 11 year old who just tried to stay out of the way of bullies. The day they met something happened. They became as close as brother and sister. They ran and played, climbed trees, worked on cars, and read Race Car magazines. She looked up to him as the brother she never had. She taught him how to be a redneck Southerner and he taught her how to take care of herself. As time went by the feelings of friendship became more. For a while, it was difficult to be friends. JP got a little too into the Redneck life. He let people lead him down a dark path that Amlyne could not help him out of, or so she thought. He ran with a rough crowd that scared Amlyne. She not only had to fight her own feelings but also had to fight with her parents. They did not approve of JP. They saw him as bad influence and dangerous. So while Amlyne was still under 18, she had to do as she was told. All that was soon to change.Complete
