After a few years of realizing the mistake she has made, there was no turning back. She was in too deep to get out. One day, she opens her eyes to the real world and discovers that the years she had spent running and hiding were a creation of her mind.
Because of a certain Alpha and his two Betas, the pack had her back through her numerous phases. They didn't give up on her when everybody else did. They held onto the thin string of hope they had. But that string was being torn apart slowly and effectively by a sharp knife of madness, tearing into heartstrings and making hearts blead in the chaos.
