After Subject 30FL fled the offices of Dr. Eloise Taylor and her project Operation F.U.S.E. Subject 30FL reigned terror on the leftover cities of the world. Forced to shut down Operation F.U.S.E. Dr. Taylor goes under. With the world crumbling beneath them Dr. Taylor and her most trusted colleagues continue their research and testing away from the people who are left and the overprotective government who shut her project down in the first place.

Years after failing multiple times to make a different and new subject, Dr. Taylor finally succeeds again. Subject 43MW. With Subject 30FL destroying by the minute, Dr. Taylor needs a power to level with Subject 30FL. And she thinks Subject 43MW just might be.
