When nine friends go on a road trip to the California coast, you never know what will happen.
But when you've traveled with them all your life, its just another trip.
Not this one.
Somehow this one just feels different. Driving from Michigan to California is going to be quite a trek for Lanie's group of roudy friends.
With many pit stops along the way, they learn not every trip has the most beautiful scenery. Sometimes things need to be learned the difficult way to understand that not everything can be fixed by driving away.

A Little Story About A Man And A Woman On A Highway
This story went through several iterations. It was inspired by some traffic I was enduring while on the highway. The section I was at curved around this big hill, almost like a small mountain with grass covering the top. I had this idea I called Rearview Romance where two characters would communicate with each other by writing messages back and forth while stuck in a similar kind of traffic. In the original idea, it ended with them dancing on the hill, inspiring others to get out and just enjoy the day and life a little bit. Obviously, it's evolved since then, but this was the kernel for the original story. Also, the Gone But Not Forgotten section below are characters I had to cut from the story for various reasons. I didn't want them to be forgotten though. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the story!Concluida

Olivia, Sadie, Elle, and Tori have been best friends since middle school. Now that they have graduated high school they are super psyched about doing something that they have always wanted to do. Go on a road trip. But wait, they are not alone. A group of four guys go along with them, which just adds to the craziness of the trip and makes it seem all the more... interesting. Relationships could possibly be made as well as tested, creepy incidents may occur, hilarious scences should unfold, and one thing is for sure, this group of teens WILL never forget what goes down on this journey.Concluida
Road Trip
After My Mom married Matthew Reed, my life sort of took on a rollercoaster like path. I mean, my mom was happy, therefor I should be happy, but I wasn't. Well, not for a long time. I guess a little road tripping can't hurt anyone, right? And if worse comes to worse, there's always back seat sex I guess. ***Finished revamp July 2017***Concluida
