A young girl with a lost memory is captured by pirates and then rescued by the overly zealous and adventure seeking Pedro, a sixteen-year-old recruit to the Spanish armada. Pedro is seeking a way to make history while stubbornly hiding his yearning for a father long dead. In a story full of pirates, adventure, a tad bit of romance, and a group of rather endearing people- whom you'll soon grow to love-The two characters are pushed together in a seemingly impossible quest for Luck's past and Pedro's future.
