When The Doctor, Amy Pond, Rory Williams, and River Song decide to take a trip to New York, they meet Peter Parker, a mysterious teenager who is the alter ego Spider-Man, and his girlfriend Gwen Stacy, who is still recovering from her father's death. After they discover an evil secret hidden among the streets of New York, The Doctor, Amy, Rory, River, Peter and Gwen decide to form an unlikely alliance to try and defeat it before it takes over New York.
