What happen when you are doing something you shouldn't and you get caught?
If you are young and you get caught by a parent, you get grounded for about a week.
If you are a teen and get caught by your parent, you get grounded for a month or so.
If you are a teen and you get caught by the cops, you might pay bail or do jail time.
But what happens when you are more likely to be caught by the cops, but instead, you see another punk there for what you are doing in that exact moment? What do you do? Will they tell? Will they blackmail? Will they keep it to themselves?
Will anything blossom from this crazy happening?
