When Emilia tells Claire and Megan that they're witches, they can't wait to do magic. After forming a witch sisterhood, they get their elements. Emilia (Ember) has the element of fire. Megan (Onyx) is earth. But Claire (Circe) is different than every witch before her. Her name means light but has the element of darkness. Like all the "dark" witches in history, she can control darkness, see in the dark, and become invisible. But for some reason, she can also control light and substance bright lights along with powers no witch has ever been able to do: read minds, control objects, and see prophetic dreams easily but also see what's going on to people in the present. But being different and powerful comes with a prize. A witch hunter is after her but that's not it. An Evil force comes and takes over Emilia, planning to control the universe. Can Claire stop the witch hunter, save Emilia from the Evil force, and save her town and the whole universe? Or will she die and let the Evil force control the universe?

Okay, so here's how it all began. Basically, teenagers have been vanishing across the country and no one has the foggiest idea what's going on (myself included). But at the end of the day I've got bigger things to worry about, such as the eternal hell that is the last day of high school and my psychopathic chemistry teacher. I've got enough going on in my life to be worrying about something I can't do anything about. Famous last words Nick. Suddenly I find myself being dragged into a world I apparently belong to and there's a war going on. The light and the dark are scrabbling for control and everything is hanging by a thread. And I'm stuck in the middle of it. So with the help of a few new friends, some new enemies, beasts, monsters and superpowered teenagers, I'm somehow going to navigate this mad new world and hopefully get out on the other side with all my limbs still intact. Long ago, in the ancient world of Amor Ki-un, there were five kingdoms of people. Not the regular human you'd think of. Magical people who protect their element. They have an alliance with the Fire people, to nurture their flames with their oxygen. Fire people can summon a flame and some can even hold this flame in their hands. He let those who escaped by means of water, for the elemental people were isolated on one island, and the others he destroyed. His creatures were called the 'Demonic Creatures', or just DCs. Then, one Mage, Queen Lilibeth, overruled Alan in his attempt for power. She sacrificed everything to save people. That was 400 years ago. Today, we all live happily- with no elements. They were wiped away when Queen Lilibeth took away the Mage's ablilties, but in sacrifice, gave up magic- for good.
