Scarlet Tell is an average nineteen year old girl who had just graduated with her best friend, Katie. Katie and Scarlet share an apartment, and they have a whole summer to blow before having to even think about going to college.
Katie likes to drag Scarlet out of the apartment to have "fun". Katie thinks that taking Scarlet to parties will help her loosen up. Katie thinks that maybe one of these times Scarlet will find someone that she will grow to have a relationship with, to sweep her off her feet, even swipe her V Card put it that way.
After getting a strange letter in the mail, Katie drags Scarlet out of the house for a party. Katie swears she knows where she is going. When they pass three grave yards with still no signs of civilization Scarlet can't help but think that they are hopelessly lost. Until Katie pulls into a driveway leading to an old, creepy looking house, with already two other cars ahead of them.
Carson vax is a fifth generation Vampire hunter. His family has been known for the hardest vamire captures for centuries. He is always assigned a person to capture, kill, or iterrogate. A lot of the time all three. Carson has never had a mission like this. He gets put on a mission to find a girl, with minimal information he will have to capture her and hold her hostage until they get the information there after. Her Parents.
