Haruka lost her memories due to a car accident, so she isn't the composer of STARISH anymore, doesn't know Quartet Night yet, and have only seen HEAVENS on TVs. There is a chance of never getting her memory back and another chance of regaining her memories. But in the meantime, she have met everyone; STARISH (who thought that she was missing), HEAVENS (who doesn't know Haruka's existence), Quartet Night (who aren STARISH's senpais), Kurusu Kaoru (who have only heard of Haruka through Syo), and Aine (who knows Quartet Night but not Haruka) without any of her old memories and they're all falling for her (for STARISH, again). What will happen? Haruka Reverse-Harem!
