Lance Connors does odd jobs. Not queer, unexplainable, or just plain weird errands. He does his jobs quietly, quickly, and paid after. Always works alone, and always knows what he's getting into. Until one day, he asked to jump from his home and into the pollution to find 'Rose'. Set in the 21st Century on the flying country of American Elysium and below the clouds of pollution, he finds that his flying home isn't heaven.
