The Aliferous are not angels or demons. Having a set of wings doesn't guarantee them flight. The only thing known about them is that they're different.
Long ago they came to this planet, living peacefully amongst themselves. This is always how they have lived; until someone got curious. Humans began capturing Aliferous and studying their anatomy and powers, looking for answers using any means possible. This is the story of how they fought back.
When Adelphi and Brennan, two Aliferous, are freed by another of their kind and have their eyes opened to a world they were kept from, they must accept a hard truth. After being brought into a fight they never knew existed, they are presented with one choice.
