April and Nate are orphaned fraternal twins who live with they're aunt. April is consumed by the guilt of her parents death that suffocates her everyday as she is the reason her parents died in a car crash and its eating her alive everyday. Nate struggles with the built up anger he has inside him wanting someone to blame for his parents passing, punishing himself for not being able to stop it. With April's completed guilt causing a deep depression and her brother Nate filled with anger she and her brother join a group therapy session where April connects with people like her and where she also catches the eye of Hector a troubled boy with a troubled past but drawn to him like a moth to light as she gets closer and closer, while Nate falls into his own complicated romance. It's up to you to find out where the twins paths will lead them, to the light or will the walk further into deeper waters.
