Kris, like in every cliche Disney movie, is the new girl in school. At the Halloween Dance, the biggest school event of the year, she hits it off really well with the football quarterback, Jake. But this isn't your average high school Cinderella story....
When Kris goes too far and breaks her curfew, deciding to go to a rich kids after party, she makes some bad decision landing herself in jail, getting grounded, blackmailed, and humiliated. Overwhelmed by the peer pressure, Kris decides that coming to this school was a complete mistake. Will she finish out the year, or drop out and find another school?

She tries to start a new life but ghosts from her past just aren't ready to leave her. Question is, can she make it through and have a happy ending or not?
