Dean Winchester, after getting laid off at his usual job at a car repair shop, settles in to a new profession: A grocery store's cleaning lady. 

He's either cleaning the isles or cleaning the bathrooms; he likes neither. He wishes more than anything to quit, but something has to pay the bills. 

Other than his new job, everything has finally settled down in his life. Until a rejected, blue eyed angel that fell from heaven decides to befriend Dean.

"Normal" is no longer a term in Dean Winchester's vocabulary.

Their Dad was almost always gone and if he was there, there was yelling and a lot of getting punched. In school Dean acted the bad boy but when he was alone his world broke together. He was soft and hurt. Even though he was Sam's protector. Never would he ever let anything happen to Sammy. He took blame for stuff Sammy did just to keep him safe. Safe from their Dad. Rated #1 case fic in December 2020 :) Sometimes you just want to be normal. It's Christmas time and the Winchesters and Castiel start on a case that leaves them frustrated and confused. But not only the amount of weird killings and the lack of ideas has them on their toes. Sam tries to figure things out while Dean really doesn't, and while Dean struggles with his own actions and desperately wants a normal Christmas he can't help but wonder if he's the real problem.
