A young boy named Xenron, prince of the humanoid Xexen species, wants nothing more than his father's approval. However, when he finds the common people of the empire threatened by terrorism, he begins to question what is important in the world and where his life is going. As his values are challenged, Xenron must evolve or be destroyed by indecision. Can a single boy (and friends, enemies, and unlikely allies) stand against a cosmic threat? Find out in Catalyst!
Expect a lot of action and some absurdly thought out magic (that obeys the laws of physics... except when it deliberately ignores them!) Some limited romance where appropriate, clashing ideologies prevalent, coming of age, etc. Also, I make it my mission to put in as many plot twists as I can manage.
Note: I have "all rights reserved" because I don't understand copyright well and I'm paranoid, but if you just ask me you are MORE than welcome to do something creative with my story. I just don't want someone to take the literal text and sell it as their own.
