Misty is 15 years old. When a 15 year old turns 15 they must embark on a quest through the vast land of Nartifia to find they're soul mate. At birth, babies are given half a necklace. The other half of the necklace belongs to the baby's soul mate. The necklaces have the power to get warmer as the soulmate's get closer together and get colder as the soulmate's are further away. Misty finds her soulmate and the other half of her necklace however, her necklace seems to be still tugging her to something or someone else. Is it possible there is someone else who also has the missing piece of Misty's necklace? Misty is faced with a decision that could not only change her life, but end someone else's. What will she do?

Universe of Soulmates
This is a collection of short stories centered around soulmates. Each story has its own characters, with their own conflicts, romances, hopes, and dreams. Although these stories are in no way connected to each other, I'm hoping I can touch on a little bit of everyone's worlds--from heterosexual relationships to transgender people to non-binary gender identification and everything in between (bear with me, I will do my best to research these and if something is wrong let me know because I want to understand other people's worlds). Sawyer is among the most powerful of all the kids at the place. The leader, who is also her abusive, selfish father, sends her to a city to seek this mysterious source of magic that he has been trying to find for years. He claims he's tried to seek it himself in the same city, but has never found it. While Sawyer is trying to find it, instead, she finds Eli. Eli and Sawyer tell a lot about themselves to each other. Sawyer then finds out, there's a lot more to Eli than she thought when she discovers his psychic abilities... she is extremely tempted to do multiple risks that she's never thought she'd be able to do. The other half of your necklace or bracelet is being worn by your soulmate, the one you are destined to fall in love with. Starting at the age of 16, you begin your journey to find your soulmate. Your necklace will be colder the farther away you are from your soulmate and then hotter the closer you are to your soulmate. Finding your soulmate can either be hard, or quite easy, depending on your location. Mainly your soulmate should be located near you, but for the unfortunate ones, very far away. Possibly in another city, state, or even country. The half necklace you wear will lead you around on its own without you realizing it, for it wants to be with its other half too.
