Joy looked closer and saw that he had something in his hand, and she made out that it was a shovel. Cole was digging. "This is not funny," she responded. "I know it's you so you can go home now!" Joy let out a gust of air and realized that she was holding her breath. "Joy, you need to hide! It's not me! I'm calling the police and I'm on my way!" Reading his reply made her stomach clench. Joy looked out the window and noticed whoever it was, was gone, but the sound was increasing.
