"Okay," I tried to keep my voice even while at the same time, trying to stop the tears from falling.

"I'm sorry," and he finally looked at me, with eyes full of unshed tears as he tried to touch me.
"Hands off!" I said in a joking manner, but failed terribly as I choked on my tears. Our moments together flashed in my eyes.
"I'm so so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you or lead you on," he knelt down in front of me.
