A short story I wrote for school, then put here because hey. I write for you guys so if I didn't post it it wouldn't be nice.                                                                                                                                        Persephone, a girl who has fled a sunken ship stumbles upon an old asylum. But she doesn't know that. It was atop secret for the criminally insane and the smartest insane people. When she finds it, it appears to be deserted, until she meets a nurse who tells her the asylum has been taken over. By the inhabitants.All Rights Reserved

We all know the story of how Hades's kidnapped Persephone from her mother and his sister Demeter, brought her to the Underworld and tricked her by eating a Pomegranate that forces her to spend half the year in the Underworld with him. While Persephone may have been reluctant to be with the King of The Underworld at first, she slowly grew to love it and her husband. Hades being the most hated God received a curse from Persephone father, Zeus, that any child Hades and Persephone had together would destroy the world as we know it. Neglecting to tell his young wife this Persephone becomes pregnant. Excited to tell her husband about the news when she gets back to the underworld, her mother let's her know of the curse that Zeus has put on the child. Demeter urges her to be rid of the child, but Persephone, Goddess of Fertility denies the request and hides her pregnancy from all. Once Persephone has the child Zeus and Hades find out, so she asks Athena and Aphrodite for protection of the beautiful little girl. They counteract the little girls curse by providing the girl with a future love so strong, it will kill the darkness inside of her. This is the story of that girl, Helena, Daughter Of Hades.
