Eustace is the local taxman of a small town. He has a grim appearence, and wears a spooky attire. With a long nose, and a tailcoat, he looks like a bird in the evening hours. Although most of the locals would call him a dishonourable and twisted man, Eustace himself takes great pleasure in taking money from them. Not because it is fair, not because he hates them, but because he loves watching others suffer. He knows about the system's problems, but has an unhealthy obsession with keeping control. Among the townspeople he is known under many names, but to most, The demon clad in top hat, strikes fear into their hearts. But people will eventually riot if they think something is unfair. And those who forget history are doomed to repeat it...
