We all live in a world where social media controls everything we do, say, think, write, anything. Social media can really be a security blanket for most, but it can also be a jail for others. You can get so trapped into a story that you don't quiet understand. That goes for those who don't think that what they put on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram is either offensive or repulsive. But there are those, who don't know anything besides social media. James Thompson finds more about Miya Torezz through real feelings, but not through what he has known about her.

In a hospital where silence speaks louder than words, two of the brightest minds try to ignore the quiet pull between them. He's precise, unreadable, and always in control. She's focused, untouchable, and too busy to look back. But when long-held glances turn into something more - through early morning rounds, teasing friends, and moments no one else sees - the lines begin to blur. Maybe it's nothing. Maybe it's everything. Sometimes, the heart whispers what the mind refuses to say. And sometimes... the pulse you try to ignore becomes the one you can't live without.
