Okay, first of all, let me warn you against ever working for Gods. They could use you like a rag and then throw you away. They could blackmail you into fighting their battles, die a gory death, and then just forget you. They never notice if we perform sacrifices, but will come raining down on us if you don't. They force us to pray to them and they never acknowledge it. They... okay, why am I raving like this?
Who are you? On the other hand, what the heck had happened with my life? Suddenly, from a lousy person trying to put up with bimbos, I had become their most wanted article. Of course, I don't want it to sound like I'm the most wanted article of the bimbos, but it's partially true.
Look, if I could tell you what I am ranting about, I would get it all off my chest before you could say 'Crap,' but I can't, until you really want to, but I would still have to think about weighing my options: telling you and getting relief and then bursting into flames, or not telling you and feeling like a rag but not bursting into flames...
Fine, I think that I like the first option.
If you think you're different in any way, that strange things always happen around you, things that you couldn't explain; beware, you could be putting yourself in danger. Because once you know that you're different, they would know it too. So before I change my mind and choose self-preservation over your entertainment, let me begin.
If I burst into flames, it's your fault. I might come to haunt you in your dreams, but then, (and I'm trying to be modest) I'm a very forgiving person so don't worry.
So once again, I'm warning you...

With all the formalities, let me begin.

"Hey! I don't want to go back! I tap out. Turn my soul into particles. I refuse!" I was unwilling. I had goals before all of this. I was once naive until everything changed. Nonsense! "Host, there's no need for drama. Accept your fate." I reached for anything-air, darkness, anything! The struggle felt so real. The terror and horror of returning to that place overwhelmed me. I loved them, yes, but not enough to endure that suffering again. I am a flower. A fragile flower. What they did to me was- "I don't want to go! I refuse to comply." "Host, do you want her to have them?" The system's cold voice whispered. Startled, I released my grip on the darkness, allowing my soul to be drawn away. "Your decision was wise, but as punishment, two more males will be added. Their last lives served well; it's a pity they'll be taken by another." The voice continued, but the host was unaware. She would discover the truth upon her arrival. To add intrigue, the latter parts were erased, allowing her to accept them without fear. The system smirked knowingly. This is my second life. I am still utterly confused about how I ended up in this situation. A choker made from my own tears. The man I thought was my big foster brother turned out to be-non-human. And me? I am human; I think I am. I sit in his lap, curled into a ball of loss. I feel so lost; I just don't understand. I claimed them, and then the world ended. It's enough that it ended. But why did they become powerful shifters while I mutated into a dud? I'm so confused that I want to cry, but I can't; I don't want their 'care.'

*SEQUEL TO THE 12 ELEMENTALS* #623 in Fantasy Kicked out of her kingdom by Darkness, how does Melody rebuild her life and take back her crown? * Okay, you've gotten a preview of my life. I'm a princess of a mythical land called Enchantment. We support Light in it's long lasting battle against Darkness and recently things have taken a turn for the worse. Laufeia, a big time immortal and servant of Dark beings has thrown me and my friends out of our own castle. Now we are on the run from being captured by her minions. I've seen her do horrible acts, she has taken lives of those more powerful than herself. How though? Maybe she is more evil than I anticipated. Either way, I'm in a slump. My people have their backs turned, my friends expect this great hero out of me, but I never even graduated high school! So, not only do I have to retake my title, prove I'm a badass and that I care for the Enchantains but then there's my Beloved, Reason. Hey, he's hot, leave me alone. Okay, back to my royal problems. In my journey to earn my princess status back, I have to parade around my land. And because of that I meet some weird creatures- the kind that you read about. To defend Light I have to resist Darkness. Not as easy as it sounds. * Fall deeper into the song of Enchantment, slip underneath it's sweet waves. This mystical planet has creatures we only hear of in stories. Melody may be a little dead inside but that won't stop the Light that lives within her. Follow Mel as she discovers not only herself, but those around her.

To save the world, I must choose a side. But there are so many worlds, which one should I save and which should I leave? The dragon tribe seems like the wisest rulers, but then again, there is always that one person greedy for power. The vampires, more like the race standing in the middle of the war between the dragon tribe and my kind, humans, have no choice but to side with their creator, Elia, the goddess of chaos. Humans are the lowest in the chain of power, but, we have a god that is willing to defend us. Whether it is genuine or it is to amend his mistake, I'll never know. What I do know is that this god, Draco, is nothing like any mortal man. From his virgin white hair with two horns protruding from his head, to the purple eyes, I knew he was special. Little by little, I'm drawn to his aura and sucked inside his cage of power. Power he has no problem sharing with me, a mere mortal. ***Extract*** Time is unnoticed in here. All there is, is...light, and these forsaken chains trapping me in here. Aries is a brilliant mortal, but can she handle the task of releasing me from this prison? The time I've spent with her might have created a bond between us, even though to her I was Dajos, pf! I always thought the name sounded cheeky, but, it represented her love for her human friends. These friends of hers, I'm sure they're in the underworld living out the rest of their afterlife there. Maybe when I'm restored to all my powers I can arrange a meeting for Aries to see her friends. Dajos! I huff. It sounds much better coming from her lips.
