In this prequel to the Ground of Oam, Arius has found himself upon a strange post-apocalyptic world. He had been told that the mission was a simple honor mission, but after volunteering he discovered the true nature of the mission. He was there to hunt a myth, a legend, and something no one thought possible.
Things only got worse as the ship was sabotaged entering the planets atmosphere, and now Arius finds himself stranded upon a foreign world with a band of cold blooded mercenaries. Worse yet, one of them is a traitor, and Arius is the target of an ulterior plot as his future father in law does not wish to see him come back from the mission.
Arius must survive among a group of men who know no mercy, and they must work together to survive against another threat. A bio-organic entity which has already pushed the original inhabitants of this world into hiding, and now hunt the stranded mercenaries. Something worse awaits them however, and soon Arius must face a coming nightmare.

For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. During this time does he discover that there's an organization within the shadows wanting him, and all others like him, dead. Note: This is a prequel to my story Xtravaganza.
