Beautiful Disaster (ON HOLD... for now.)

My heart was beating out of my chest. I swallowed back the taste of metal rising in my mouth in result to me biting my lip so hard it began to bleed. My entire being was consumed in rage. It was like a ball in my chest that grew and grew with every step I took towards the place I once called a home. The feeling was made worse by the added betrayal I felt. It was as if I was the hay that broke the camel's back. I'm the cherry on top of the icing on the cake. I'm the period of the last sentence in this book. I will be the end of my parents.
