This Book is a sequel to Star's Dream Part One- Starco Prom.
You don't have to read it, just need to know they're dating.
Basically, word of Star's wand and her existence has spread beyond the town and has become the most popular conspiracy theory. Most people call the conspiracy theory fake (after all it's a magical princess from another dimension and a magic wand). However, a private military contractor has gained enough evidence to prove its existence and has plans of stealing it for the country's benefit.
This takes place between the episodes ' Blood Moon Ball ' and ' Freeze Day '
