Lucy, Natsu and Happy go shopping after a job. While the boys are enjoying themselves, Lucy meets a mysterious woman who gives her a seemingly ordinary key named 'adwaya' claiming it is extremely powerful and referring to it as 'one of the dominion keys'. 

Not long after Lucy is pulled into the middle of a dangerous situation with a dark guild possessing extreme power and malice. Can Lucy, Natsu and the rest of Fairy Tail prevail over such odds? As Natsu and Lucy's bond grows stronger and stronger, and they become weaker, Lucy must face the facts. When Lucy becomes deathly ill, the pair must find the will to survive while they hope for a shrinking chance at being rescued. But will being rescued be enough, of will their flickering hearts burn out.
