During a sun-soaked summer at the Olson-Miller family's beach house, 18-year-old Amelia finds herself looking forward to peaceful days with her sister Elise before college resumes. But everything shifts when Elise's boyfriend, James, announces he's bringing along his best friend-Tristan Jackson, the famously charming quarterback. Tristan expects another typical hangout, but the moment he steps into the beach house and locks eyes with Amelia, something changes. Captivated by her quiet confidence and natural beauty, he feels something unfamiliar-an emotion deeper than attraction, something he's never truly experienced: love at first sight. But Tristan doesn't recognize it yet, confused by the feelings Amelia stirs in him. Amelia, on the other hand, remains unimpressed by his reputation or good looks. She's heard the stories. But as days pass and they spend more time together-bonfires, beach walks, late-night talks-she begins to see a different side of him: thoughtful, vulnerable, and surprisingly sincere. With Elise watching protectively, summer becomes a season of unexpected emotions, inner conflict, and the first stirrings of something real. As Tristan tries to understand the pull he feels toward Amelia, she must decide if she's willing to risk her heart on someone who's still discovering his own. This summer may have started as a break, but for Amelia and Tristan, it could be the beginning of everything.
