Cherie Cruz is an interesting and talented person although she is a socially awkward .
Many don't recognize her as interesting and beautiful cause she doesn't show her real self to others and she doesn't care what she looks like in school. When she's at home or outside she always looks her best and she shows her talent in singing. But at school, everyone thinks that she's worthless especially the most popular girl in the university whom she thought is gonna be a friend of hers.
Cherie has a crush on this guy who's totally normal and doesn't stand out. But she finds out that Ms. O'so popular and almost perfect already caught his heart. Cherie was heartbroken and totally depressed. Her only friend, Miku cheered her up by having her play a dating sim game since Miku is an anime lover and wants her friend to feel that she's not alone. Cherie gets hooked up on the game and she started to fall in love with one of the characters. She wished that this character is real and come alive.
