"Mrs. Faye are you positive about this?" A handsome man asked worriedly.
"Yes, of course I'm sure, it's the only way to keep my precious Artemis safe from harms way. It must be done." Mrs. Faye said staring down at the beautiful creature in her arms that had a tail where her legs should be. She cradled the baby in her arms as the handsome stranger looked at the baby and nodded reluctantly.
"This will be for Artemis, to make sure she will have a safe life that she deserves." The stranger who had the legs took the baby in his arms and started chanting in a different language. After a minute of chanting the baby's tail started to disappear and form human legs. "What has been done can be reversed by her and only her."
"Thank you Reid." Said Mrs. Faye, "remember Artemis must never know about her true self." With this Mrs. Faye turned her around and faced the crystal clear water and swam away with her tail going up and down, she swam away from her only child and her only hope for the kingdom of Sirenas.
