If you aren't careful and you noclip out of reality within the wrong areas of nature, you'll end up on an island, otherwise known as Kipoiwa. On this island is nothing but the combination of smells of nature and the wildlife, the endless sounds of small critters chirping for what feels like forever, and approximately hundreds of miles of land and water to be trapped within on an island surrounded by nothing but sea. God only knows what or who you'll encounter here as well, because they'll sure find you one way or another. (Based off of the backrooms series by Kane Pixels and Wild River. ALL CONTENT BELONGS TO ITS CREATORS.) Btw, I created the cover for once! Also this isn't related to any real Evan Hansen out there, if this story is, then it was purely coincidental I swear!

I could always feel his eyes on me, and I know its him, or else my heart wouldn't be acting the way it was. ... And yet, here I am, patting down the wrinkles on my skirt, as his car approached the Jet. I was rather angry. It was my day off. I wasn't even on call. I told Jenna that I wouldn't come in today and that he'd have to find someone else. Apparently this man didn't take "No" for an answer. He had his personal body guard arrive at my door, and I wouldn't be too surprised as to how he got my address. The scary man was ready to drag me from my house, I was driven to his private Aircraft and now I had to play hostess. When he stepped out of the car, his eyes looked up to me. Had he smiled or even acknowledged my presence, maybe I would be free to assume that he was happy to see me.

I am the best and i have countless awards to show for it. My restaurants are known all over the world. I can stand with giants and they will notice me because am the best there is and i earned it at the age of 26. Not many Chefs can stand and make the same claim as i. My restaurant is everything to me and i will not allow anything to distract my focus. All i have ever done is give. Even when my father told me to be cautious i ignored him and decided to trust a man that i barely knew and it cost my family everything. I have watched my father suffer for my mistakes but am going to make it right, for my sake and my family's. I will not allow anything to distract me nor will i allow my heart to be broken ever again.

I didn't want to find out my whole life was a lie. I just wanted a bloody promotion. Guess fate had other plans? **** The cold air fanned over my face as I opened the door. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. Maybe I should just let it happen. Maybe I was destined to die alone as a no one. With that I let the darkness consume me.

You don't really discover things until you travel. You meet new people, learn new things, experience more opportunities. It's like putting yourself in another person's shoes. Traveling opens yourself up to the world. You realize that there is so much out there, so much you want to discover and so much that you will never know. Follow your heart and do what your gut tells you because what is meant to be will end up happening. Don't doubt it. This is just a story of me and my adventures in Germany as an exchange student this current year. It may be a boring story for some people, or exciting for others. Maybe you will find it interesting. But before you start reading it, or go search for another book, remember what I said before. And most importantly never, ever give up.

Imagine a place where the constellations of stars above your head are different from those you have ever seen, where the night sky can glow with strange swirling lights, and where the cold of winter comes when summer arrives elsewhere. Imagine a land of volcanoes, jagged white-topped mountains, rivers of ice, deep forests of ancient trees, and dark caves where carnivorous grubs glow like stars to lure in their prey. This is a land torn apart by earthquakes, and surrounded by waters filled with giant sea creatures: its people once fierce warriors who worshipped mysterious spirits. This is not some fictional place- this is New Zealand. With a tent and a backpack, Colin Skinner set off to explore the magical geography, wildlife and people that make the islands of New Zealand such a unique place. Isolated from other land masses for around 85 million years, the land is a 'Jurassic Ark', where animals and plants from the time of the dinosaurs have somehow survived.
