Raiden always dreamed of being a dragon rider like his oldest brother and now he is old enough to join the dragon academy with his little brother. Unfortunately an attack by a mysterious glowing fire dragon with cold blue fire attacks the academy. The dragon kills his little brother and destroys his left arm, leg and face. Crippled for life and his dreams gone forever he goes back to the academy to find any clues on the glowing fire dragon. Instead he fines something that is not of this world, and a entire world unseen.
