Cyrus knew two things.
The first, he was invisible. He preferred to go unnoticed rather than to be outed as being socially stunted.
The second, he didn't want to go on unseen, especially not by her.
What Cyrus didn't know is that love is the least of his problems. A war is coming, one that he plays a key role in. He doesn't need someone to love; he needs someone he can trust.
