Most of the events in here are nowhere near the same as the one in DeviantArt but the concept is the same- a pervy neighbor. ⭕WARNING⭕ Lots of frick fracky innuendos (obviously) some cursing, and a little bit of angst. (You'll see) He flirts with you a ton, so don't be surprised when you turn red and get embarrassed. ;) The plot at the end is a mess but I'm going to justify it by saying that dragging the story further would make it worse, which is why not everything is... resolved at the end. He'd learned a lot in it. That England was easy to gaslight if you knew what you were doing. France would back away from any show of force. Germany could ignore a bumbling idiot even as the evidence piled up just because he wasn't very good with people. Poland saw everything and read people like a book. Prussia would keep his mouth shut if you gave him enough liquor or made him obedient. Russia would turn a blind eye if you turned one to him. China never trusted anyone even if there was evidence of the contrary.
