Have you ever had that one awkward moment were the dentist has all that nasty equipment in your mouth. An when they start drilling your tooth they think its the rite moment to say 'oh, so how was school.' and your stuck their just like what am I supposed to do use hand signles to say ' are you blind I can't talk with all this stuff in my mouth and can you please shut up.'All Rights Reserved
