Frank Weight, aka Circle Tracker, lost his parents due to a Hotwheels bank robbery.

Then, his grandfather's weapon is stolen, and now it's up to Frank Weight and his friends to retrieve it back.

His aunt, a Tomica, helped him in the process. Circle Tracker then met Holley Shiftwell and Finn McMissile, who was his elementary school friend.

Would Circle Tracker destroy the thugs, or would he be defeated?

He is anything but truthful to the one he supposedly loves. They all have separate lives but somehow they all connect to each- other. Join them on their adventure.
