I let my thoughts wander, anything to get my mind off of her. They glide down a winding river of past emotions, actions, conversations. Then the waters become choppy; rushing and rushing. They are out of control. I can't keep up. The horrible thoughts take over. My muscles stiffen. My hands ache. We are trapped in here. Why did this happen? How did this happen?
