Milo Ellwood is a shy girl who hardly gets along with the teachers, and knows hardly nobody at Rose High School. When her teacher pairs her up with Ned Chavez, Milo only develops a crush on him. Milo decides to start a little project called "The Darwin Project" with her best friend Tina Marquez where they pose as a secret admirer, which only blossoms into a bigger problem. Ned thinks his secret admirer is Claudia Dennis--the love of his life--which leaves Milo devastated. How will Milo handle the situation?
