With all the people at school and in 15-year-old Blaire's life, obsessed with technology, Blaire is frustrated. She doesn't understand why it's so great that you can now update everyone about every second of your life online. She wants to get through to her friends but they never listen. Blaire instead writes her thoughts in a journal of hers, slowly losing hope that her friends and community will ever understand. Then Blaire meets Charles, and he might truly get what she's trying to say. They become instant friends and possibly more, but even he doesn't know about her journal... yet. So what will happen when Charles finds it and her written word is spread? Read this book to see Blaire get her flare on. Suddenly her spark (as Charles puts it) will spread through St. Paul like a wild fire.

Skyler is an average citygirl and, of course, a directioner. She loves to spend her time listening to music and writing songs, but she can't sing, so the songs are for her and her alone. She doesn't 'do' performing. Her songs are only known in her notebook, and nobody but Nicole ever gets a chance to hear them. Until one day, she tweets a link to a video with her song. When she turns eighteen she gets tickets for a concert in Saint Louis; her mom's hometown. Her grandmother still lives there so she and her best friend Nicole stay at Skyler's grandma's for a few days. At least, that was the plan. While visiting her grandma, something horrible happens at home. She doesn't make it to the airport on time, but help comes from an unexpected corner. Someone offers her to flight along with him and his mates. They just gave a concert. A concert she should've attended to. And a concert where they sang a new song. A song who was given to them in a tweet. But none of them knows that she's the one who wrote the song. [A/n Fair warning: The first few sentences are the worst, it gets more interesting ;)]
