It's Thanksgiving and Thomas is spending the break at Newt's house. But Newt knows his family can be embarrassing. He also knows he loves Thomas, but he Thomas will never love him back. And besides, Newt would never get up the nerve to ask him. But it is Thanksgiving, and with Thomas staying for the weekend Newt will have plenty of opportunities to finally fess up.. Can he do it, though? Can he really divulge his feelings and change their entire friendship?

Newt has always been scared of falling in love. In Fact he was anti love his whole life. He had a hard time saying 'I love you' to anyone. Even his own family- and he had no idea why. And my god, Newt was petrified by the whole idea. Back in South London he lived with his mother, father, and younger sister Sonya. Ofcourse, That was until his parents got a divorce. Newt and Sonya were sick of living in London, so they moved in with their Grandparents who lived in a small town in Colorado. It was their cheapest option overall. Over the summer Newt decided to get a job at a Café and one day a boy named Thomas comes in with his group of friends and becomes regulars- and becomes friends over the last month of the summer. Since it's a small town, they end up going to the same school. And that, Newt's regular customer Thomas was the one he fell in love with.
