Gabby's grandma who she was really close to dies of breast cancer. She goes back to the small town for the first time after her death and becomes completely depressed. She meets a girl who forces her to rebel things she would never normally do. Of course it did make her summer there more fun and Interesting slowly they become best friends. All of a sudden she disappears. One day gabby is out and meets a annoying boy who seems to like her a lot. He was very cute and all the girls wanted him.
